2013 Here I come!

Wow what a crazy few months it’s been. I started off with the Empire State Building run with my good friend Randy Frankel. I’m very proud of my training partner Randy! We had a great time training for this race and he is a fierce competitor. 1,572 stairs packed into 86 floors! It was by far one of the toughest races I have ever competed in. Followed that up with a great shoot for Muscle & Fitness’s Rock Hard Challenge.

Then back to NYC for a MEN’S FITNESS shoot. Traveled to Columbus for the Arnold Classic Expo to represent MUSCLETECH the best supplement company in the business. Spending time with Seth Feroce, Matt Kroc, and Mr. Olympia Phil Heath is a special experience. They are big names in the industry but so humble and down to earth. While in Columbus shot for Bodybuilding.com. Not sure if you know the team from BB.com but they are pros. Always producing amazing work. Much respect to the BB.com video crew.

The next weekend gave it my all in The MIAMI Spartan Race at Oleta Park. What a blast I had with my friends from back home. We are making the Spartan Race a yearly tradition. Wrapped it all up with a fantastic shoot for MUSCLETECH print. What next????? More work!!! 2 weeks off then back to it. Can’t Wait!
