How did you get started in Training/Fitness?
I have always been athletic and always loved the curves of female muscle (male muscle is nice too) A trainer at my gym convinced me to compete in a show that he was organizing. I had been doing a lot of running (Marathons and half marathons) and my physique was leaner than I wanted. I was curious to see what consistent resistance training could do for my shape. I stuck with my program and entered the show. I placed 2nd and loved it!!…Have been competing ever since.
What keep’s you motivated?
